A Consensus Christmas’Twas a month before Christmas, and all through the set, The crew was preparing for the finest shoot yet. The clapper was ready, the prompter in place, As Santa applied some rouge to his face. The director’s script was both merry and clear, “We’ll nail this in ‘one,’ hold my seasonal beer!” But the bright lights had all gone to Kris Kringle’s head, And he muttered, “it’s Christmas—I’ll run things instead!”“I’ve read the script,” Santa said with a grin, “Let’s make a few changes; I’m jumping in!” The director’s jaw dropped, his hands flew up high, “Listen here, Santa, just stick to your lines!”“More twinkle! Less scoff! Make it charming, not terse!” But Santa just muttered, “I’m improving your verse.” The bickering grew like a snowball in motion, Till the producer arrived to end the commotion.“Listen, team—it’s a season of cheer, Not a time for meltdowns. Let’s reign it in here.” With laughter and nods, they all recovered their groove, And wrapped up a shoot that could only improve. So here’s to your season—may it sparkle and gleam, May your edits be smooth and your bloopers unseen! For when the dust settles, through each festive fight, It’s teamwork that makes the magic just right.
