Sean Asher

Sean  brings a decade of strategic communications experience to Consensus, with a track record of managing complex, high-stakes accounts for some of Florida’s most prominent corporate, utility and nonprofit clients.

Before joining Consensus, Sean spent nearly four years at Curley & Pynn Public Relations, where he served as a primary strategic advisor to senior executives across a diverse client portfolio, providing counsel on issues management, reputation strategy, regulatory communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Sean’s experience spans crisis preparedness, media relations, executive messaging, and integrated campaign management. He has a particular instinct for translating complicated issues into clear, compelling strategy, and for anticipating problems before they become headlines.

A Florida State University graduate with a degree in Economics, Sean began his career in athletic communications — including three years as a Sports Information Director for UCF Athletics — before transitioning into the world of corporate communications and public affairs.

A Lakeland native, Sean resides in southeast Orlando with his wife, Rachel.
